We want to understand your research project: what questions it addresses, your reasons for choosing this topic, its clinical and socio-cultural implications, and its relationship to The Sanville Institute’s mission and vision. In your narrative, be sure you clearly define your research question, with a detailed overview of the methodology you plan to employ. Describe any relevant ethical considerations in your study. Please include examples of how you will address IRB requirements and other ethical concerns for intended research participants. Personal Statement

We want to get to know you and why we should award you one of our scholarships. In your narrative, please describe your background and the personal, professional and academic interests and experiences that have prepared you for this research. Tell us about your professional goals. When writing your narrative, consider highlighting, for example, extracurricular activities or projects, other research experiences, awards, publications, relevant work or volunteer activities, leadership roles or active involvement in mental health organizations, community work, advocacy, relevant specialized training or certifications.
